Notices and Alerts
If you are planning to navigate on the river – you need to check for Notices and Alerts
Notices are issued in advance and are notifications of scheduled works along the river. Please check each of the notices to see how they may effect your navigation of the river.
Alerts are the system used to let river users know about any issues (planned or unplanned) that will effect your use of the river. An Alert is a state of awareness as to what is going on with the river, being aware of these will help users of the navigation to be ready to respond and react accordingly. This includes Flood Status Alerts.
Events: The Navigation is also used for many sporting events and festivals. Click here for a list of events planned through the season.
